| Living History at Magic at the Mill | ||
![]() | |
At Mission Mill Museum we live and function in historic artifacts: 1840s Methodist Mission houses and the beautiful red structures of a nineteenth century woolen mill. This year we interpret Jason Lee's Methodist Mission, his accomplishments and the role his missionary associates played in Oregon. With a little bit of Magic, we take you back in time and bring to life these remarkable people. Among our cast of characters you'll find the Reverend Jason Lee in the Lee Apartment of the Jason Lee House. Adelia Judson Tarkington Olley Leslie is welcoming visitors in the Parsonage. Gustavus Hines joins her and talks about his adventures in Oregon. The Family of John D. Boon would love to have you stop by the Boon House. They are decorating the Christmas tree in the dining room. |
